The combination of smooth plaster, stone and wood textures all add a sense of refinement, while still maintaining a homely approachability. The collection of furniture and objects add as an expression of the owners in a restrained and sophisticated manner. Through maintaining a sharply minimal and uncomplicated palette, the resulting home becomes an effortless series of spaces.

In order to bring all the possible light to the core of the apartment, we decided to open the living area completely, which combined with the big sliding door in the dining room creates a sense of transparency to the entry hallway.
The dining and kitchen area now communicate via a folding panelling system, allowing for some flexibility in the usage of both spaces.

The master suite was also heavily redesigned:
the space that was previously comprised of three small rooms is now one bedroom with a walk-in closet and bathroom.

In the other rooms from the wood flooring as the base to the warm grey walls and white ceilings, the stage is set for the additional articulation of furniture, artwork, and objects.
